Refund and Return Policy Disclaimer

All sales are final.  Each item is custom-made and produced on a print-on-demand or made-to-order basis, which means products are created specifically for each customer after an order is placed.  Because of this, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for any reason other than defective or flawed printing.

The only exception to this policy is in the case of verified manufacturing or printing defect. If your item arrives with a clear flaw in production, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your items and provide photographic evidence for reviewl

Customers are solely responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all details of their order prior to submission, including but not limited to spelling, grammar, design placement, colors and sizing.  We are not responsible for errors that were approved during the proofing process.
